Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and ASE CQRS YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJI ANONIM SIRKETI (“we”) for using the AmnesAI app. By using the app, you agree to them.
What AmnesAI is, and is not
AmnesAI is a self-help writing tool. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call 911 or 988 (US).
Some replies in the app are written by an AI. They can be wrong or miss what you meant; take what helps and leave the rest.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to use AmnesAI.
Purchases
- One session is a one-time purchase that opens one four-day notebook. It does not renew.
- Monthly is a subscription that renews automatically each month at the price shown before you buy, until you cancel. Payment is taken by Google Play or the App Store. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge, in your Google Play or Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies.
- If a subscription ends, your existing notebooks stay yours to read and keep writing in; only starting a new one needs a purchase.
Your writing
What you write is yours. It is stored only on your phone, so you are responsible for it: if the phone is lost, reset, or you choose Delete everything, the notebook is gone and we cannot recover it. How it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Fair use
Please do not misuse the app or its AI service — for example by trying to break its security or sending automated requests. To keep the service running, the number of AI replies per day is limited; when the limit is reached, the app uses fixed words instead.
No guarantees
We work to keep AmnesAI available and correct, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of anything stored on your phone. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
